***If you cannot fit all assigned packages, you must come back to the warehouse to retrieve remaining assigned packages within 90 MINUTES of leaving the warehouse and completing delivery of all assigned packages before your route is considered complete.

• VALID DRIVER LICENSE

• VALID INSURANCE ON VEHICLE USED

• MUST SPEAK, UNDERSTAND, READ, & WRITE ENGLISH FLUENTLY

• MUST BE LEGAL TO WORK IN U.S.A. WITH VALID SSN OR ITIN

• MUST BE PUNCTUAL

• MUST HAVE SMART PHONE WITH "CIRCUIT FOR TEAMS" APP

• CAR CHARGER FOR YOUR SMART PHONE

• MUST USE "CIRCUIT FOR TEAMS" APP AS INSTRUCTED

• MUST BE AVAILABLE EVERY WEEKDAY OF CONTACT PERIOD

• MUST PROVIDE BACK-UP DRIVER IF UNABLE TO SHOW UP

• MUST PROVIDE BACK-UP (OR RENTAL) VEHICLE IN PLACE OF PRIMARY VEHICLE IN THE EVENT OF BREAKDOWN OR ACCIDENT

• MUST COMPLETE ASSIGNED DELIVERY ROUTE EACH DAY OF CONTRACT

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Daily start time is usually around 9 to 10 AM or 10 to 11 AM, depending on which location you're servicing. Times can and will vary in the event that the planes with our freight are delayed. Expect to deliver approximately 50 stops per day. The average route will be 30 to 40 miles. Our fastest drivers can knock out 50 stops in about 3 hours. Not everyone will do it that fast, but it's possible if you stay focused and apply the techniques we teach you. We will give you the tools to make it possible. Finish your route as quickly as you're able and return your scanner to the warehouse each day. Daily compensation amount varies by location, and will be paid in two lump sums at the middle and end of the contract period, on or about December 8th and again on December 22nd. 1099-NEC Tax Form will be issued by email.

 

This is our 10th year in a row providing this contact opportunity and many of our contract drivers come back each year to do it again, so you can be confident that we pay as promised each year. If it's your first year, just ask one of the drivers returning from a previous year. If you provide great service for us, we want you to come back next year.
